Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization.
- Map current state processes and design future state processes that align with business objectives.
- Develop detailed process improvement recommendations and implementation plans.
- Utilize process modeling tools and techniques to visualize and analyze workflows.
- Collaborate closely with remote client teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Facilitate virtual workshops and meetings to drive consensus and gain buy-in for proposed changes.
- Oversee the implementation of process improvements, ensuring successful adoption and measurable results.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs)



to track the effectiveness of implemented processes.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Stay abreast of best practices in business process management (BPM) and relevant industry trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
- Proficiency with process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in a virtual setting.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Experience in a remote consulting role is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is essential for client interactions.
