About the Role

Our client, a highly respected early intervention center in Culiacán, Sinaloa , is looking for a certified Early Stimulation Educator to join their dedicated team. This part-time position focuses on providing crucial developmental support to infants and toddlers. The Educator will work closely with families to implement individualized stimulation plans designed to enhance motor, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional development. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized early stimulation programs for infants and toddlers based on developmental assessments.
- Conduct home visits and center-based sessions to guide parents and children through developmental activities.
- Monitor and document each child's progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
- Educate parents and caregivers on child development milestones and effective stimulation techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and early childhood specialists to provide holistic support.
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children during stimulation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress reports and intervention plans.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
- Stay current with best practices and research in early childhood development and intervention.




- Promote the center's services within the community of Culiacán, Sinaloa .

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
- Certification or specialized training in Early Stimulation or Infant Development is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with infants and toddlers in an early stimulation or intervention setting.
- Thorough understanding of infant and toddler development, including typical milestones and potential developmental delays.
- Excellent observational, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young children and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of local resources and support networks for families in Culiacán is a plus.
- Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule and work on-site in Culiacán, Sinaloa .
