About the Role

Our client, a leading investment banking firm, is seeking a highly analytical and driven Analista de Fusiones y Adquisiciones (M&A;) to join their esteemed team in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, MX. This critical role involves supporting deal execution, performing complex financial analysis, and contributing to the strategic growth objectives of their clients. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance, exceptional modeling skills, and a keen understanding of the M&A; process. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in all phases of the M&A; transaction process, from origination to closing.
- Develop detailed financial models, including LBO, DCF, and accretion/dilution analyses.
- Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation of target companies.
- Prepare pitch books, offering memorandums, and other client presentation materials.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to identify potential M&A; opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors throughout the deal process.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support senior bankers in client relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business,



or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or transaction advisory services.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of M&A; processes, financial statements, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- High level of motivation, professional drive, and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
