We are seeking an exceptionally talented and creative Maquillador Competente y Especialista en Novias to lead our makeup artistry team. This role is perfect for an individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for transforming clients through makeup, and a strong understanding of current bridal beauty trends. You will be responsible for delivering stunning makeup applications for brides and their parties, as well as for other special occasions. This is a demanding, on-site role where you will be the go-to expert for all things makeup, ensuring every client looks and feels their absolute best on their special day. Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute high-quality bridal makeup looks, catering to diverse client preferences and styles.
- Perform makeup applications for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, and other wedding guests.
- Conduct detailed makeup consultations and trials with brides to finalize their wedding day look.
- Provide expert advice on skincare preparation for makeup application.
- Stay abreast of the latest makeup techniques, product innovations, and industry trends, particularly in bridal beauty.
- Maintain an immaculate and fully stocked makeup kit, ensuring all products are hygienic and high-quality.
- Manage booking schedules for makeup services and coordinate with other wedding vendors as needed.
- Offer professional makeup services for editorial shoots,



fashion events, and other commercial projects as required.
- Train and mentor junior makeup artists, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and hygiene protocols for all makeup tools and products.

Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years of professional makeup artistry experience, with a significant focus on bridal makeup.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of bridal and special occasion makeup styles.
- Expertise in airbrush makeup techniques and traditional makeup application.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, facial anatomy, and skin types.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, especially on wedding days.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Willingness to travel to various wedding venues within and around Mexicali, Baja California.
- Proficiency in creating diverse looks, from natural and radiant to glamorous and dramatic.
