Key Responsibilities

- Analyze safety data, incident reports, and audit findings to identify trends, systemic issues, and potential hazards
- Develop and implement proactive safety risk management strategies and mitigation actions
- Conduct comprehensive safety assessments and audits of operational procedures and safety management systems (SMS)
- Prepare detailed safety reports, recommendations, and action plans for clients and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate safety meetings, risk assessments, and hazard identification workshops
- Stay current with evolving aviation safety regulations, best practices, and industry trends
- Assist in the development and delivery of aviation safety training programs
- Maintain accurate records of safety data, assessments, and implemented corrective actions




- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients across different geographical locations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's safety methodologies and tools

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Safety Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation safety, operations, or a related field
- Proven experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and risk assessment methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of international aviation regulations and safety standards (e.g., ICAO, EASA, FAA, DGAC)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting
- Proficiency in safety reporting software and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of human factors in aviation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote colleagues and clients
