About the Role

Our client is searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Gerente de Marketing Digital para Cuidado Personal. This position is 100% remote, enabling you to work from any location in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales for our personal care product lines. You will leverage your expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics to reach and engage our target audience effectively. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. You will play a crucial role in shaping our digital footprint and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all relevant online channels.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to improve organic and paid search rankings.
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, community management, and paid social advertising.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms (website, blog, social media).
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards digital marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.




- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on consumer goods or beauty/personal care.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM systems).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and consumer psychology.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results in digital marketing campaigns.
