About the Role

Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes , is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Production and Process Validation professional. This role is essential for ensuring the quality, efficiency, and compliance of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing production processes, implementing validation strategies, and troubleshooting any issues that arise to maintain the highest standards of pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is a key position within our operations, contributing directly to the delivery of high-quality medicines.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage pharmaceutical production processes, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Develop, execute, and document validation protocols for manufacturing equipment, processes, and cleaning procedures.
- Monitor production yields, identify deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure all production activities meet regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records and batch manufacturing documentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.




- Ensure the proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Train and supervise production staff on manufacturing procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Valid pharmacist license in Mexico (or eligibility for licensure).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on process validation and GMP.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing principles, validation methodologies, and regulatory requirements (GMP).
- Experience with process development, optimization, and troubleshooting in a pharmaceutical setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and quality management systems.
