About the Role

WhatJobs Direct is seeking an expert Maestro Instalador de Sistemas Hidráulicos y Sanitarios Industriales for a challenging project with our client located near Zapopan, Jalisco . This senior-level role requires extensive experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of complex water supply, drainage, and wastewater treatment systems within industrial facilities. The adecuado candidate will possess a deep understanding of plumbing codes, fluid dynamics, material specifications, and the integration of these systems with other industrial processes. You will be responsible for overseeing critical installations, troubleshooting advanced system issues, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards. This position demands exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of vital utility systems for major industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and plan the installation of industrial hydraulic and sanitary systems, including water supply, distribution, drainage, and ventilation.
- Oversee and perform the installation of piping, fixtures, pumps, valves, and other system components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
- Diagnose and repair complex problems within industrial plumbing and sanitary systems, including leaks, blockages, and equipment failures.
- Conduct pressure testing, flow testing, and system integrity checks to ensure proper functionality.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively, coordinating with other trades and departments.




- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on hydraulic and sanitary systems to ensure longevity and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on installation progress, system performance, and maintenance activities.
- Specify appropriate materials and equipment for industrial applications.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and site personnel.

Requirements

- Extensive experience as a Master Plumber or equivalent in an industrial setting, with a focus on hydraulic and sanitary systems.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, P&IDs;, and schematics.
- Experience with a wide range of industrial piping materials, valves, and pumping systems.
- Strong understanding of water treatment, wastewater management, and related industrial processes.
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for complex system failures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant licenses or certifications as a Master Plumber or equivalent are required.
- Ability to work independently and travel to project sites as needed in the vicinity of Zapopan, Jalisco .
