albo is seeking a senior regulatory advisor to lead the setup of our SOFIPO operations. You will translate CNBV rules into actionable operating guidelines and align governance, risk, AML/CFT, IT and information security across Legal, Compliance and Accounting teams.
You will work closely with executives to implement the regulatory calendar, reporting processes and required notices, with a focus on compliance from day one and scalable operations for the long term.
