Fulfillment IQ is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer for the Manhattan Active platform. You will own advanced troubleshooting, incident investigation, and root cause analysis in a 24x7 general support model, aligned to US time zones, with shifts and vendor escalations as needed.
Primary location options include Mexico or Brazil with remote work. Contract, 12 months, renewable, through our employer of record partner or direct engagement models are available.
