JUNIOR BUYER – DIRECT & INDIRECT MATERIALS

Company Description:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Medium - Advanced English proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of direct and indirect materials purchasing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support purchasing activities for direct materials,



including raw materials and production components.
- Manage purchasing requests for indirect materials, including MRO supplies, tools, spare parts, consumables, and services.
- Request and analyze quotations from suppliers.
- Support price negotiations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain communication with suppliers to resolve delivery and purchasing issues.
- Monitor material availability and support inventory control.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Support supplier evaluation and development activities.
