About the Role

Our client, a pioneering organization in mental health and addiction recovery, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Terapeuta de Rehabilitación Integral (Remoto) to join their expanding virtual care team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals seeking recovery from mental health challenges and substance use disorders, entirely remotely, serving clients across Toluca, State of Mexico , and beyond. The adecuado candidate will be adept at utilizing digital platforms to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct remote assessments of clients' mental health and substance use conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, MI).
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all sessions and interventions accurately.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, addiction, and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional standards.
- Stay current with advancements in telehealth and remote therapeutic practices.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities.





Requirements

- Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related clinical field.
- Valid professional license (e.g., Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor) in Mexico.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health and/or addiction treatment.
- Proven experience delivering therapy remotely using telehealth platforms.
- Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and substance use issues.
- Excellent remote communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage a caseload effectively, and maintain professional boundaries.
- Demonstrated commitment to client-centered care and recovery principles.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a strong asset.
