About the Role

Our client, a world-renowned management consulting firm, is seeking an exceptional Global Strategy and Operations Consultant to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and refine global business strategies, market entry strategies, and competitive positioning for multinational clients.
- Analyze and optimize global supply chains, operational footprints, and service delivery models.
- Lead cross-border transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Assess and advise on the implications of global economic, political, and regulatory trends on business operations.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with integral leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities for global cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Drive the implementation of strategic and operational changes across different regions.
- Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with senior executives at client organizations.

Requirements

- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, international strategy, or global operations, with a significant portion focused on multinational corporations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global strategies.
- Deep understanding of international markets, cross-cultural management, and global supply chains.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders globally.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing complex, global projects.
- Fluency in English and at least one other major language (Spanish proficiency is a strong asset).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative work environment.
- Must be comfortable with extensive international travel when required for specific project needs, despite the role being remote.
