Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze financial data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget and forecast.
- Support the budgeting process by gathering data and consolidating inputs.
- Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects and investment proposals.
- Assist in analyzing profitability and cost structures.




- Monitor economic conditions and industry trends to identify potential impacts on the business.
- Provide financial support to various business units and departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel are essential.
- Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of Mexican financial markets and regulations is beneficial.
- CFA designation or progress towards it is an advantage.
