About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a digital supply chain strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate digital technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, blockchain, advanced analytics) to optimize supply chain processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on automation, real-time visibility, and predictive capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, operations, procurement, sales) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers) to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
- Manage supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.




- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage the digital supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI for technology investments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on digital transformation and technology implementation.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing digital solutions in complex supply chain environments, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Deep understanding of modern supply chain technologies and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a remote setting is essential.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
