Create project schedule, confirm project readiness and outputs Organize project progress, monitor and ensure project status remains on track, completion on time.
Review and translate customer drawing, technical standards, acceptance criteria as required in the projects.
Coordinating and following up on the procurement, and qualification acceptance activities, keep track of the arrival status of raw materials, tooling, new fixtures, equipment or devices, standard component kitting readiness, and sample submission approval status.
Coordinating and tracking the trial production of samples and the entire PPAP (production part approval process) production process for responsible projects, ensuring they meet expectations meeting customer specifications.
Responsible in recording and capturing the issues/ challenges in manufacturing process and developing timely actions plans to resolve the open action items at the shop floorHandle issues and risks promptly, provide timely feedback and seek support for any anomalies.
Coordinating and following up for ECN and ECO implementation for the customer design change activities, coordinating internal implementations and cut over.
