About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail operations management or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
- Strong understanding of retail business principles and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
