Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop architectural plans with a focus on sustainability, resilience, and energy efficiency.
- Research and integrate innovative green building materials and technologies into project designs.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Collaborate remotely with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and sustainability consultants.
- Utilize advanced architectural design software and BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed relevant environmental building standards and certifications.
- Stay updated on advancements in sustainable architecture, climate adaptation, and resilient design.




- Present design concepts and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders via virtual platforms.
- Contribute to the development of firm-wide best practices in sustainable design.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization in sustainable or environmental design.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on sustainable and resilient projects.
- Demonstrated experience with green building certifications (e.g., LEED, EDGE).
- Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and BIM.
- Strong understanding of building science, material performance, and climate-adaptive design.
- Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working in a virtual team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Passion for environmental stewardship and innovative design solutions.
