About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Research and stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in hygiene and sanitation.
- Collaborate with operational teams remotely to understand specific site needs and tailor protocols accordingly.
- Design assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented protocols.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing or implementing cleaning and sanitation programs, preferably in a multi-site or organizational context.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and actionable written documentation and training materials.
- Strong research skills and a commitment to staying current with industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Proficiency in using digital collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, project management software, cloud storage).
- Experience in instructional design or e-learning development is a plus.
