Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize global supply chain operations, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
- Manage international logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation planning.
- Oversee global inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.




- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, manufacturing, sales, planning) to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Stay informed about global trade regulations, geopolitical events, and market dynamics impacting the supply chain.
- Implement and manage supply chain technologies and systems to enhance visibility and efficiency.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain processes and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws and regulations.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in global supply chain management and logistics.
- Proven experience managing complex international supply chains, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of international logistics, customs, trade compliance, and global sourcing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management principles and forecasting techniques.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse international teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset.
