About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking real estate investment and management group, is seeking a visionary and strategic Director de Estrategia Inmobiliaria to lead their portfolio expansion and development initiatives. This executive-level position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, investment analysis, and long-term strategic planning within the real estate sector. You will be responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, evaluating market trends, and developing comprehensive strategies to maximize portfolio value and achieve growth objectives across various geographies, with a significant focus on the central Mexico region including Cuernavaca, Morelos . This is a remote-first role, emphasizing collaboration and results through effective digital communication and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive, long-term real estate strategies to drive portfolio growth and profitability.
- Identify, analyze, and pursue new investment opportunities, including acquisitions and development projects.
- Conduct in-depth market research, feasibility studies, and due diligence for potential ventures.
- Monitor economic, demographic, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to structure and execute transactions.
- Oversee the strategic asset management of the existing portfolio to optimize performance and value.
- Develop strategic partnerships and relationships with developers, investors, and industry leaders.
- Prepare strategic plans, market analyses,



and performance reports for executive leadership and the board.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate investment, development, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing real estate investment strategies.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, real estate finance, and portfolio management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives in a remote or dispersed team environment.
- Extensive knowledge of national and international real estate markets, including trends relevant to Mexico.
