About the Role

Our client, a leading marketing agency based in Mexicali, Baja California , is looking for a talented and experienced Diseñador Gráfico Senior to lead the development of compelling brand identities. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and design of corporate branding and visual identity systems.
- Develop logos, color palettes, typography, and other brand elements.
- Create comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Design marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and project managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients, effectively articulating design decisions.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and project requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong conceptualization skills and ability to translate client needs into visual solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX is an advantage.
