Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for various clients.
- Manage and grow online communities across diverse social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform and audience.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive community interaction.
- Identify, build relationships with, and manage collaborations with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
- Develop influencer campaign briefs, negotiate terms,



and track campaign performance.
- Analyze social media metrics and community engagement data to provide actionable insights and report on campaign success.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and influence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Execute proactive community management to address customer feedback and enhance brand reputation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, community management, or influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully growing social media communities and executing influencer campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in content creation (writing, basic graphic design/video editing) for social media.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
