The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, Operations Transformation to design, startup, stabilize and institutionalize a next-generation manufacturing operation through Coca-Cola's Tlaxcala CPS greenfield facility in Mexico.
As the site operations architect, you will embed CPS discipline, Industry 5.0, digital and AI capabilities to ensure on-time, top-quartile performance and a scalable model for the network, while building leadership and a high‑performance culture.
