About the Role

You will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and advising on compliance matters. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the airworthiness certification process for aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g., DGAC, FAA, EASA).
- Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation for airworthiness approvals and renewals.
- Liaise with aviation authorities and regulatory bodies to facilitate certification processes.
- Provide expert guidance and interpretation of airworthiness standards and regulations to internal teams.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all aircraft documentation, maintenance logs, and certification status.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline certification processes and enhance efficiency.




- Advise on the airworthiness implications of modifications, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Stay abreast of changes in aviation regulations and standards, updating internal policies and procedures accordingly.
- Support external audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience specifically in aircraft airworthiness, certification, or regulatory compliance roles.
- In-depth knowledge of national and international aviation regulations and certification requirements.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing certification documentation.
- Excellent understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in relevant software and documentation management systems.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders, even remotely.
