About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and map current supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance logistics, inventory management, and material flow.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor supply chain performance and identify key trends.
- Optimize warehousing and transportation activities for maximum efficiency and cost savings.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery standards.
- Implement productivity improvement projects within manufacturing and operational areas.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting dashboards for supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.




- Lead cross-functional teams on projects related to supply chain optimization and productivity enhancement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or industrial engineering with a focus on productivity.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and logistics management.
- Proven experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle SCM) and ERP systems.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English are required.
- Must be available to work full-time on-site in Querétaro City, Querétaro .
