About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active job seekers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Utilize HRIS and ATS platforms to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports.




- Contribute to enhancing the employer brand and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or headhunting, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and technologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office setting in Cuernavaca.
