About the Role

Our client, a growing retail distribution company, is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics and Delivery Coordination Specialist to join their team in Torreón, Coahuila, MX . This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of all delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of last-mile logistics, route optimization, and fleet management coordination. You will work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth delivery process. Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule daily delivery routes for the fleet, optimizing for efficiency and time.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor delivery progress and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams.
- Manage and maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Address and resolve any delivery issues, such as delays, damages, or customer complaints.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed,



and ready for dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations for fleet operations.
- Assist in managing fleet maintenance schedules and driver schedules.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with customer service to handle delivery-related inquiries and feedback.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in a related field is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or delivery management.
- Knowledge of route planning software and GPS tracking systems.
- Understanding of last-mile delivery operations and challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and driver management is advantageous.
