About the Role

The role involves conducting market analysis, identifying high-yield opportunities, structuring complex transactions, and providing expert guidance on portfolio optimization. Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advisory services to clients on all aspects of real estate investment, including acquisition, disposition, financing, and portfolio management.
- Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify lucrative investment opportunities across various property types and geographies.
- Develop sophisticated financial models and valuation reports to support investment recommendations.
- Structure and negotiate complex real estate transactions on behalf of clients.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field .
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRICS) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate investment, finance, or capital markets .
- Proven track record of successfully advising on significant real estate transactions and managing investment portfolios.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills .
- Strong understanding of various real estate asset classes and investment strategies.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
