About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their remote team. This role is instrumental in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the evolving needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sourcing skills, a keen understanding of recruitment best practices, and strong communication abilities. You will manage candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions across different departments.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress effectively.
- Assist in organizing and participating in virtual recruitment events and career fairs.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's appeal to top talent.
- Stay informed about labor market trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms.
- Proactive attitude and a genuine passion for connecting people with career opportunities.
- Spanish fluency is required; English proficiency is a plus.
