About the Role

Our client, a leading management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Operational Efficiency and Process Consultant for a fully remote position, serving clients in the region of Cuernavaca, Morelos . This role is crucial for helping organizations streamline their operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs through process optimization and the implementation of best practices. You will analyze complex operational challenges, design innovative solutions, and guide clients through the implementation of these changes. The adecuado candidate possesses a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and project management, with a strong ability to drive change in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Design and document optimized processes using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Re-engineering.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead client engagements, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of solutions remotely.
- Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions for client teams on process improvement techniques.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented process changes.
- Collaborate closely with clients' stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and effective adoption of new processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process analysis findings and recommendations.




- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in operational excellence and process management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in process improvement, operational consulting, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a strong asset).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational data and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent virtual facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management capabilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
- Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
