About the Role

Our client, a distinguished leader in the aerospace manufacturing sector, is looking for a talented Avionics Systems Technician to join their innovative team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with essential on-site collaboration at our facility in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, MX . You will be responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of complex avionics systems on various aircraft platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration and optimal performance of navigation, communication, and flight control systems. We seek an individual with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of electronic principles, and a passion for aviation technology. This position requires you to work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and contribute to the overall quality and safety of our products. Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair avionic systems and components according to technical manuals and specifications.
- Perform diagnostic procedures on complex electronic equipment, including navigation systems, communication radios, autopilots, and flight displays.
- Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical publications to ensure correct system implementation.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify systemic issues, propose design modifications, and validate solutions.
- Conduct functional tests and performance verification of installed avionics systems.




- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation safety standards and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest avionics technologies and repair techniques.
- Support production and flight test activities as required, potentially involving on-site presence.

Requirements

- Associate's degree or technical certification in Avionics Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Avionics Technician.
- Strong understanding of electronic theory, circuit analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting avionic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience with common avionics test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for avionics systems (e.g., FAA, EASA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work both remotely and on-site in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, MX as per the hybrid schedule.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances if required.
