Role Purpose

Ensure continuous monitoring, preservation, and optimization of electronics manufacturing production lines, while maintaining key quality metrics (FPY, CPK, RR) and driving root-cause problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Line Operation & Control: Monitor and preserve production line operations, executing set-ups for product or model changes.
- Engineering Changes & Quality: Validate ECNs via 4M & GQIS formats; track and control line metrics including FPY, CPK, RR, KPIs, ECO & DEV.
- Problem Solving: Perform failure diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for customer complaints and line material issues.
- Testing & Maintenance: Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance, prepare try-out reports for new lines, and manage functional testing (EOL, laser marking, labeling).
- Leadership & Audits: Support internal and external audits for the area and manage technical staff.





Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Technical Competencies:
- Troubleshooting using oscilloscopes and multimeters; schematic and diagram interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with ICT test equipment (Keysight, Teradyne), hot testing, and EOL/HFT testers.
- Solid command of Core Tools (FMEA, CP, APQP) and industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC-610).
- Experience with Zebra printers, Keyence scanners, and CODESOFT software.
- Soft Skills: Practical leadership, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
