About the Role

This role is fundamental in developing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives that promote the employment and retention of individuals from diverse and often underrepresented backgrounds. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong understanding of labor markets, diversity and inclusion principles, and effective strategies for connecting job seekers with suitable employment opportunities. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage programs aimed at increasing the employment of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and older workers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and promote inclusive recruitment practices.
- Provide guidance and support to job seekers, assisting them with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for employers on diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias.
- Facilitate partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and community non‑profits to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
- Track program metrics, analyze data on employment outcomes, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations,



and best practices related to equal employment opportunity and inclusion.
- Advocate for inclusive workplace policies and practices among employers.
- Organize job fairs and networking events focused on promoting inclusive hiring.
- Provide ongoing support to both employers and employees to ensure successful integration and retention.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, workforce development, diversity and inclusion, or a related field, with a focus on employment programs.
- Proven experience in developing and managing employment-related initiatives or programs.
- Strong understanding of labor market dynamics, recruitment strategies, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with employers and diverse job seeker populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR or CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations in Mexico.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
