AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Head of Local Marketing & Partnerships to build and own local marketing across markets. You will manage budgets, form partnerships, and drive campaigns that generate direct bookings and owner leads. You will operate with budget authority from day one and report to the VP of Growth.
You will lead launches in new markets, coordinate merch and collateral, and establish the brand locally without a preset playbook, teaching the playbook to area managers over time.
