Propertyse is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and owner communication. You will coordinate maintenance, leasing, rent collections, and compliance across multiple properties while serving as the primary contact for tenants, owners, and vendors.
You should be bilingual (Spanish/English), highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving process improvements using dashboards in Google Sheets and PM software like AppFolio, ClickUp, and Asana.
