About the Role

Our client, a distinguished management consulting firm, is searching for a dedicated Strategic and Operations Management Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive analysis of client operations, financial performance, and market position. Assist in the development of strategic plans, business models, and operational frameworks. Gather and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for client stakeholders. Support project managers in the execution of consulting engagements. Facilitate client workshops and brainstorming sessions. Contribute to the development of internal knowledge management systems and best practices.



Monitor industry trends and best practices relevant to client sectors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. 1-3 years of experience in a consulting, analytical, or business development role. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with business processes and operational management principles. Experience or knowledge of the business landscape in Sinaloa is a plus.
