About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Coordinador de Compras Regional to oversee procurement activities in the central region, based in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico . This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will play a critical part in optimizing our supply chain operations, fostering strong relationships with regional suppliers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The idóneo candidate will possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills, along with a solid understanding of procurement best practices. Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchasing operations for the assigned region.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers, conducting thorough due diligence.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve optimal terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze market conditions and commodity trends to inform purchasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procurement procedures.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost savings,



and supplier performance for management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in procurement or a similar role, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
