About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets from various sources.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, correlations, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings effectively.
- Build predictive models to forecast business outcomes and identify key drivers.
- Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to understand business challenges and translate them into data analysis requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability throughout the analysis process.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting processes.
- Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools, techniques,



and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of the data analytics practice.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in statistical programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with clients in Tijuana, Baja California or similar markets is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish; working knowledge of English is highly desirable.
