About the Role

Our client, an innovative digital marketing agency, is seeking a highly creative and experienced Diseñador Gráfico y Director de Arte para Medios Digitales to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and advertising materials.
- Create compelling graphics, illustrations, animations, and other visual assets.
- Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, content creators, and web developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and art direction.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the digital space.
- Optimize designs for various digital platforms and screen sizes.




- Present design concepts and final deliverables to clients, articulating design rationale.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and creativity across all visual outputs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Art Director, with a strong focus on digital media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and execute high-quality visual designs.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles is advantageous.
