About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.




- Provide a positive and transparent candidate experience, ensuring timely communication.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pool development.
- Stay abreast of market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics for management.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
