Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, or productivity management.
- Proven experience with methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote tasks with on-site collaboration.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish required.
