About the Role

Our client, a prestigious international brand specializing in luxury cosmetics and skincare, is seeking an engaging and sophisticated Embajador de Marca de Lujo for their flagship store in Cancún, Quintana Roo. This role is essential for representing the brand's premium image and providing an unparalleled customer experience. The adecuado candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep knowledge of luxury beauty products, and a passion for educating clients and driving sales. You will be the face of the brand, interacting directly with discerning clientele, hosting in-store events, and delivering personalized consultations. This is a full-time, on-site position at our prime location in Cancún. We are looking for a charismatic and professional individual who can embody the essence of our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent the brand with elegance and professionalism, embodying its luxury values.
- Provide expert consultations on luxury skincare and cosmetic products to a discerning clientele.
- Drive sales by building strong customer relationships and understanding individual needs.
- Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store objectives.
- Host and participate in in-store events, product launches, and brand experiences.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.




- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and personalized shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with store management and team members.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within cosmetics, skincare, or fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of high-end beauty products and ingredients.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A sophisticated and polished personal presentation.
- Ability to connect with a diverse clientele and provide personalized service.
- Passion for the luxury beauty industry and a keen understanding of brand positioning.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
- Experience in clienteling and managing VIP customer relationships.
