Responsabilidades Clave





- Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and filing of federal and local tax returns (ISR, IVA, etc.).
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial efficiency.
- Analyze tax laws and regulations, providing timely updates and guidance to the organization.
- Respond to tax authority inquiries and represent the company during audits.
- Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on complex tax issues.
- Oversee transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for tax savings and process improvements.

Requisitos

- University degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in tax accounting and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican tax laws, regulations, and tax treaties.
- Proven experience in tax planning, research, and controversy resolution.
