Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Accountant to join their finance team in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX. You will be responsible for supporting the accounting department with various tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare basic financial reports and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries.
- Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding financial data.
- Help ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related internship.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (NIF).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the accounting field.
