About the Role

Our client, a general leader in management consulting, is seeking a Senior Strategic Communications Consultant for a remote-based engagement. This role is critical for advising top-tier clients on developing and executing impactful communication strategies that align with their business objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic communication counsel to C-suite executives and senior leaders across various industries.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies, including internal communications, external relations, crisis communication, and change management.
- Conduct communication audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Create compelling messaging frameworks and ensure consistent brand voice across all communications.
- Advise on media relations, including message development and spokesperson training.
- Develop and execute crisis communication plans to protect and enhance client reputation.
- Manage stakeholder engagement initiatives and build strong relationships with key influencers.
- Oversee the development of communication materials, such as presentations, speeches, and reports.




- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in strategic communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of communication plans.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, or public relations, with a significant portion in consulting or agency roles.
- Proven track record of successfully advising senior executives and managing complex communication challenges.
- Expertise in developing and implementing integrated communication strategies.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in crisis communication and reputation management is essential.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
