About the Role

Our client, a leading manufacturing company situated in Toluca, State of Mexico , is seeking a skilled Ingeniero de Procesos Industriales y Manufactura . This role is central to enhancing the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing operations. The adecuado candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of industrial processes, a strong ability to identify and implement improvements, and experience in optimizing production lines. You will work closely with production teams to drive operational excellence and ensure that our manufacturing capabilities remain at the forefront of the industry in Toluca . Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, implement, and optimize production lines and workflows.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and R&D.;
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and tools to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Train production staff on new processes and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and process control systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; conversational English is an advantage.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in Toluca, State of Mexico.
