About the Role

Our client, an innovative design and architecture studio, is seeking a talented and experienced Arquitecto BIM Coordinador to join its fully remote team. This role is critical for managing and optimizing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process across various architectural projects. You will be responsible for establishing BIM standards, facilitating interdisciplinary coordination, and ensuring the seamless integration of design information. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, templates, and protocols for architectural projects.
- Coordinate BIM models from architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure design consistency and identify clashes.
- Manage the BIM execution plan (BEP) and ensure its effective implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders regarding BIM processes and deliverables.
- Generate high-quality architectural drawings, visualizations, and documentation from BIM models.
- Perform quality assurance checks on BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM software and best practices.




- Stay current with advancements in BIM technology and propose improvements to workflows.
- Organize and lead virtual BIM coordination meetings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture, with at least 4 years focused on BIM coordination and management.
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
- Proficiency with other BIM tools and platforms is a strong asset.
- Thorough understanding of BIM concepts, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and workflows.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex multi-disciplinary BIM models.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High-speed internet access and a dedicated, productive remote workspace.
- Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is advantageous.
