Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify top talent and recruitment trends.
- Advise clients on best practices in employer branding, candidate experience, and onboarding.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for key executive and specialized roles.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client HR teams and hiring managers.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or HR strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex recruitment projects.
- Strong understanding of Mexican labor market dynamics and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, collaborating both in-person and remotely.
- Fluency in English is highly desirable for client interactions.
