About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify areas for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of digital strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and service contracts.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, digital marketing, or e-commerce, with a focus on online growth.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalizing on digital business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure performance and inform strategy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Must have reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
